Fire file
According to Ordinance № 8121h-647 of October 1, 2014, a fire file is required for all sites:
- in which the number of staff is 5 or more people and / or;
- in which the number of residents in the site exceeds 50 people;
- for objects of subclasses of functional fire danger F1.1, F1.2, F2.1, F2.2 and F4.1 fire file is required regardless of the number of residents;
For all other sites only internal rules (instructions) for ensuring fire safety can be prepared.
Evacuation plan
The evacuation plans or schemes are regulated in Ordinance № 8121з-647 /01.10.2014 and Ordinance № РД-07/8 20.12.2008;
The evacuation diagrams show the evacuation routes and the fire-fighting equipment located in the respective building, so that in the event of a fire, the residents can leave the site as quickly and safely as possible. The schemes also help firefighters navigate the building as quickly as possible and determine where people may be in the event of a fire.
According to the legal requirements, the evacuation plans are placed in visible places in compliance with the following requirements:
- At a distance of not more than 7 m from the entrances of the building and up to 3 m from the floor exits to the evacuation stairs;
- Every 25 m on the evacuation roads – for buildings with categories of occupants “A”;
- Every 15 – 20 m on the evacuation roads – for buildings with categories of occupants “B” and “C”;
- On the inside of the door of each room – for buildings with categories of occupants “B”
